Made with quality powder coated steel the Adjustable Training Bench has a aesthetic matte black finish. The pin lock design gives you a safe secured position at 7 key incline positions from decline-flat-75 degrees incline; standard for overhead press. The bench seat has a low-normal height of 18" great for people with tighter hips and increased leg drive through the floor during presses. The adjustable bench back rest is 35" off the seat which compliments people with longer torsos in the 6' + height range.
